Technical Support Project Manager

The selected candidate will undertake part of the organization and management of incoming technical requests, their assignment to other team members and/or their implementation. The flow of incoming requests is defined either by customers or by other departments (marketing, SEO) meaning cross-functional communication is an integral part of this role. The selected candidate will be part of an existing team of developers/ninjas, located at the company’s Thessaloniki headquarters.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, or other well-known CMS environments
  • Desirable experience in HTML, CSS, JS, Javascript
  • Desirable knowledge in PHP
  • Desirable familiarity with well-known hosting panels (eg Plesk, CPanel)
  • Good command of the English language
