The Challenge

How do you transfer the educational value and care that a brand like Camelino exudes to an online experience?
The challenge was twofold:
- To express the brand's childlike nature without losing the professionalism that appeals to educators and professionals.
- To combine play, safety, and knowledge in an environment that is enjoyable for the user and efficient for eCommerce.
A new digital world was needed – bright, safe, easy to use, and efficient.
An e-shop that inspires the same confidence as Camelino products and at the same time measurably boosts sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
Methodology
From design to implementation, step by step.
The 3ds team worked closely with Camelino to gain an in-depth understanding of its audience, their needs, and the brand's values.
From strategic planning to design, SEO, development, and performance marketing, every step was based on one goal: to develop a digital ecosystem that educates, inspires, and sells effectively.
Our creative approach combined UI/UX design, rebranding, and data-driven marketing into a unified strategy, where aesthetics met functionality and the brand identity was refreshed at every level.
The user experience has become even smarter thanks to our collaboration with Aqurate and the integration of Aqurate Personalize, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze each user's behavior. As a result, Camelino's e-shop can now recommend the right products at the right time to each visitor.

- UI/UX Design & Rebranding
Camelino's design was created with the aim of conveying the joy of learning and the safety of play.
Our team carried out a complete rebranding, updating the logo and the entire corporate identity to consistently reflect Camelino's modern philosophy and expertise in educational equipment.
At the same time, we created an environment that combines vibrant colors, friendly UX, and clean navigation, ensuring an experience that feels like play but works with precision.
The UI was created with ease, flow, and consistency in mind at every point of contact with the brand, while the use of personalized product blocks through Aqurate Personalize enhanced the cohesiveness of the experience, offering each user recommendations tailored to their needs.
With carefully organized categories and clean architecture, users can easily find what they need, while the shopping experience is smooth, familiar, and completely user-centric.

The development department brought creativity to life.
The 3ds team developed a high-performance eCommerce environment designed to serve both retail and wholesale sales, offering flexibility to every type of customer.
The implementation included full integration with an ERP system to ensure automatic synchronization of products, inventory, and orders, as well as a partner form that facilitates communication and management of new B2B partnerships.
At the same time, emphasis was placed on responsive design, speed optimization, modern architecture, and easy management of the e-shop by Camelino's internal team.
The result is a stable, expandable platform that grows with the brand and dynamically adapts to market needs.
- Digital Marketing
Our strategy was based on data-driven performance marketing.
With targeted campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing flows, we boosted Camelino's recognition and profitability, while also re-engaging users with personalized messages.
We analyzed visitor behavior at all stages of the conversion funnel, using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and heatmaps to improve performance and identify the points with the highest purchase intent.
Efforts focused on optimizing ROAS and increasing customer lifetime value through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
The result? +10% ROAS in just one year and a significant increase in all conversion metrics – proving that strategy and data analysis are the foundations of success.
- SEO & Content Marketing
Camelino's content had to educate — not just sell.
With strategic SEO optimization and targeted content marketing, we created an ecosystem of knowledge around educational equipment.
